BMP4 Beckons

Despite the fact that so few ships are reportedly applying the lessons of Best Management Practices (BMPs) it seems that another updated version will soon be released.

The next incarnation of the BMPs, will be version 4 – and will contain new sections on pirate Motherships, or the more exactly termed “Large Pirate Vessels”.
