Survival Kit

A ship supply company has launched a new “anti-piracy kit”.

The kit by HMS Far East is heralded by the company as possibly increasing chances of surviving a piracy attack.

The $2,300 kit – includes among other things, a protection mask, flashlights, fire extinguisher and food supplies to ensure victims survive until help arrives.

The anti-piracy kit was one of the products featured at the Sea Asia 2011.
