The Corbett Centre for Maritime Policy Studies in association with King’s College London has published an interesting paper titled ‘Piracy, Maritime Terrorism and Disorder at Sea: The View from the Ukraine‘.

The paper, written by Volodymyr Bezkorovainiy and Sergiy Sokolyuk, argues that while many Western analysts suggest that marine terrorism should be distinguished from piracy and other forms of maritime disorder, in reality they need to be treated holistically.
