As the rampant cases of sea piracy and kidnapping become worrisome, Bayelsa State waterways and communities, ex-militant leaders, have urged those behind the criminal activities in the region to shun the act and embrace peace for development to thrive in the region.
The ex-militants, who are under the Third Phase Amnesty Programme, also asked their aggrieved colleagues to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s reform programmes for the region.
