Abu Sayyafs release 4 Indonesian hostages

The four Indonesian sailors who were seized by Abu Sayyaf bandits off Semporna, Sabah, were released Wednesday in the province of Sulu, authorities confirmed.

Major Filemon Tan, spokesperson of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Western Mindanao Command (AFP-Westmincom), said the freed Indonesian sailors were turned over around 2 p.m. Wednesday to the Joint Task Force sulu.
