Hasina urges neighbours to work together to ensure safe maritime routes

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the neighbouring countries to cooperate in ensuring safe maritime routes, saying it is beyond the capacity of any country to curb the maritime crimes alone.

The government is “determined” to keep the marine boundaries of Bangladesh protected, said Hasina as she spoke during the inauguration of the 14th Heads of Asian Coast Guard Agencies Meeting or HACGAM.
