Pirates Attack 88 Vessels Calling At Nigerian Seaports In 1 Year

Sea pirates have attacked as many as 88 vessels bound for Nigerian ports in just one year and this is taking a heavy toll on vessels bringing goods into the country.

The executive secretary of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Barr. Hassan Bello, revealed this yesterday when he paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral, Ibok Ibas, in Abuja.
