Attempted Robbery Aboard Berthed Container Vessel in Jakarta

April 26: At approx. 21:05 UTC two robbers boarded a berthed container ship at Jakarta Container Terminal in Jakarta, Indonesia. Duty oiler on routine rounds noticed the robbers in the engine room and raised the alarm. Hearing the alarm, the robbers escaped empty handed. A search was made throughout the ship. Nothing reported stolen.
