Attempted Boarding of Supply Vessel at Onne FLT, Nigeria

May 27: Towards the end of the night of May 27 (exact time unknown), two unauthorized persons were seen attempting to board a supply vessel at Onne Federal Lighter Terminal in Nigeria. Upon being sighted, an alarm was raised, and the unauthorized persons fled using a small canoe.
