Cocaine Worth Nearly €1m Seized at Port of Antwerp, Belgium

June 07: Belgian customs authorities seized 19 kilos of cocaine – worth approx. €950,000 euros – that had been concealed in a refrigerated container from Colombia.

As one of the main gateways for cocaine entering Europe, last year over 50 tons of cocaine were seized in separate operations in Antwerp.
