90 Kilos of Cocaine Transported Through Pailles Port, Seized in Mauritius

July 10: Mauritius law enforcement tasked with counter-narcotics and counter-smuggling seized approx. 90 kilos of cocaine on Wednesday, valued at Rs 1,35 billion. The packages of cocaine were hidden under the hood of a construction excavator.

The shipment is believed to have originated in Morocco, and gone through Pailles Port, and investigations at the port and with international collaboration are ongoing.
