Suspicious Approach By Canoe at Onne Port, Nigeria

July 29: At approx. 02:45 LT a supply vessel berthed at Onne Port, Federal Light Terminal (FLT) was approached by a canoe carrying two people without weapons visible.

The Officer on duty detected the small canoe and raised the alarm. The AB on duty on deck moved towards the direction of the canoe, and the canoe then moved away.

Onne Port Authority was informed. No one was reported injured, and no items reported stolen.
