Attempted Robbery Aboard Supply Vessel Berthed at Onne Port, Nigeria
UPDATED August 19: Nothing stolen and no violence. Upon being detected by OOW, the man aboard the canoe immediately left the area, leaving his colleague on board the supply vessel to be arrested by local authorities.

August 14: Initial reports of two unauthorized persons in a canoe approaching a supply vessel berthed at Onne Port today. At least one person successfully boarded the supply vessel before being detected by the OOW who alerted port security officials. Initial reports do not mention any type of confrontation. It is unclear whether anything was stolen.
