Attempted Boarding of Tanker at Belawan Anchorage, Indonesia

October 14, 22:00 UTC: Duty crew onboard a tanker at Belawan Anchorage (posn: 03:55N – 098:48E) noticed a person attempting to board via the anchor chain, while two persons waited in the boat alongside the tanker. Duty crew reported the incident to the OOW who raised the alarm. Seeing the alerted crew, the persons escaped in their boat.
