Four Immigration Officers Kidnapped in Bonny Waterway; Freed 2 Days Later

November 11, 07:00-07:30 UTC: Ten pirates in a higher-capacity speed boat attacked a passenger vessel transporting four immigration officers from Bonny to Port Harcourt, kidnapping all four immigration officers. While there are no reports of injuries, the attackers fired shots into the air. Two days later, on November 13, the Nigerian Navy reportedly rescued all four hostages. No casualties reported in the recovery.
