183 Narcotics Pills Seized From Bags on Seafloor Near Ouha Island, Kuwait; 2 Arrested

January 13: The Kuwaiti Coast Guard has arrested two Iraqi suspects after their vessel was spotted moving suspiciously with its lights off approx. six miles from Ouha island.

Following interrogation, the men reportedly confessed to having deposited narcotics on the seafloor for others to retrieve. Examining the reported coordinates, authorities found and seized 183 narcotics pills [type unspecified] within 7 bags on the sea floor.
