Two Men Board Vessel Anchored off Lagos; Escape Upon Being Discovered

February 25: A merchant vessel at anchorage off Lagos, Nigeria (06°18.0’N, 003°21.35E), reported that two men were detected on board during security rounds. The alarm was sounded by the crew, at which the two unauthorized men jumped overboard and escaped.
