Attempted Boarding of Tanker Berthed at Mbaraki Wharf, Mombasa, Kenya

July 26: At approx. 21:30 UTC the duty AB on routine rounds onboard a berthed tanker noticed a person climbing the mooring rope. Alarm sounded, crew mustered, port control informed. Before the patrol boat responded the person cut two mooring ropes and escaped.
