Heading North

The Bab-el-Mandeb strait has become the focus of pirate activity over the past few days, with a trio of attacks reported.

A Cosco bulker and a North China Shipping tanker were both attacked in the waterway adjoining the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden during the past few days – while a Norwegian tanker had a close call after being surrounded by a reported swarm of skiffs.
