Prosecution Problems

Industry experts have voiced concerns that only a small fraction of the pirates operating in seas around the world are successfully prosecuted.

Following arrest it seems that only around 1.4 percent are prosecuted at all.

As a result there is a call for African countries to coordinate forces to achieve successful maritime security.
