According to several press reports over the weekend, the British attorney general is applying to bring court proceedings against Sky News.

The claims related to an allegeded breach of an injunction preventing reporting about the welfare of Paul and Rachel Chandler, the British couple who were held hostage for over a year by Somali pirates. Sky News to face contempt of court charges for their reporting of the Chandlers ordeal.
