JTF Arrests Notorious Kidnapper In Niger Delta

The Joint Task Force (JTF) operating with the code name “Operation Pulo Shield” has arrested an alleged notorious kidnapper terroriszing the Niger Delta region.

The Sun reports that 21 other suspects were also apprehended for offences ranging from kidnapping, sea-piracy to oil bunkering.

Briefing journalists in Yenagoa, Lieutenant Colonel Isa Ado, the spokesman of JTF, said that the suspected kidnapper, identified as Presley Umukoro, was arrested in Oghara, Ethiope West local government area of Delta state.
